Peel and cut lauki into cubes. Put lauki in pressure cooker with 1 or 2 tsp of water and cook to one whistle. Don’t add too much of water as lauki leaves out water while cooking. Leave it to cool and squeeze out excess water. Heat a pan and warm ghee in it. Once it is ready add jeera, cut green chillies, asafetida and lauki. While it is getting cooked add red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt. Garnish with cut coriander leaves and serve hot.
